Return/Refund Policy

Merchandise may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt if they arrive damaged or are defective in nature.

You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Request) before sending back your merchandise. Request an RMA by via email to

  • Your Name
  • Product Name
  • Invoice Number

Return steps:

You absolutely must have an RMA number from us to send back merchandise in order to receive a refund.

  • 1. We will not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without an RMA number.
  • 2. Please do not send returns to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
  • 3. Merchandise MUST be sent back in the original package
  • 4. You are responsible for sending back the merchandise at your own expense which includes the shipping charges and shipping package(s) and they are non-refundable.  You are also responsible for product insurance and the delivery thereof if you elect to obtain it.

Once we receive the merchandise, we will issue you a 100% FULL refund which will be issued back to the payment service provider you used (either your PayPal account or credit card)
